We may collect astrology-related information that you provide, including birth date, birth time, birth location, chart data, questions, chats, video links, and reading history.

We may collect technical information such as device type, app version, browser data, logs, diagnostics, and approximate usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve Astropply.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage your account, generate astrology readings, personalize responses, process video analysis, provide subscriptions and credits, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve Astropply.

3. Service Providers

Astropply may use trusted service providers to host data, authenticate users, process payments or subscriptions, generate AI responses, monitor errors, and deliver app functionality. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Astropply.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and entitlement status may be processed through app stores, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Astropply does not store full payment card details.

5. AI and Astrology Processing

Information you submit, including questions, chat content, birth details, and video-related context, may be processed by AI or astrology calculation services to provide Astropply features.

6. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Astropply, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate business records. Some information may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

8. Your Choices

You may update certain account and profile information in Astropply. You may also contact us to request help with account access, deletion, or privacy questions.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Astropply is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
