Welcome to Astropply. These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Astropply, including our astrology reading, chart, chat, video interpretation, subscription, and credit features.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credit package, or otherwise using Astropply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Astropply.

2. Astropply Services

Astropply provides astrology-related content, interpretations, and tools for personal reflection and entertainment. Astropply does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on any content you receive.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.

4. Birth Data, Video Links, and User Content

You may submit birth details, video links, questions, messages, and other content so Astropply can provide readings and app functionality. You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to submit that content.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans, credits, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through app stores, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Features, credit amounts, prices, and availability may change over time. Unless required by law or a payment provider policy, purchases are not automatically refundable after use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Astropply, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape the service, upload harmful content, or use Astropply for illegal, abusive, or deceptive activity.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Astropply at any time. We work to keep Astropply available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Intellectual Property

Astropply, including its branding, interface, software, and original content, is owned by Astropply or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Astropply intellectual property to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required for security, or if continued access could create risk for Astropply or others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astropply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date or publish the revised version in the app or on this page.
