Terms of Use

Rules and conditions for using Astropply.

Astropply is a registered business name operated by Marie Antoinette Sukkar, an individual sole trader based in Sydney, Australia (“Astropply,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We operate the Astropply mobile application, website, and any related products, services, features, content, subscriptions, credit systems, artificial intelligence tools, astrology interpretations, and support services that refer or link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “user,” or “your”), and Astropply concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing, downloading, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

1. Our Services

Astropply is an astrology-based application that allows users to submit birth details, paste third-party video links, ask astrology-related follow-up questions, and receive personalised astrology interpretations generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Astropply may allow users to:

  • Create an account
  • Enter birth details
  • Generate or store a birth chart
  • Submit TikTok, YouTube, or other supported video links
  • Receive astrology interpretations based on video content
  • Ask follow-up questions after receiving a video-based reading
  • Receive Western astrology interpretations
  • Receive Vedic astrology interpretations where supported
  • Use paid subscriptions, free trials, credits, add-on credits, or one-time purchases
  • Access premium features, readings, or expanded responses

Astropply is designed to work from submitted astrology video links. Users must paste a supported video link before receiving a personalised chart interpretation based on that video. Follow-up questions may be available after the initial video-based reading is generated.

The Services are not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful or would require us to comply with registration, licensing, or regulatory obligations that we have not chosen to comply with.

If you access the Services from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as health, medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, government, or regulated professional service laws. You may not use the Services in a way that would require Astropply to comply with those types of laws.

2. Important Entertainment Disclaimer

Astropply is provided for entertainment, reflection, spiritual interest, self-exploration, and general informational purposes only.

Astropply does not provide factual guarantees, scientific conclusions, professional advice, or certainty about the future.

You understand and agree that:

  • Astrology is interpretive and not scientifically proven.
  • Astropply readings are not guaranteed to be true, accurate, complete, or personally applicable.
  • Any prediction, timing, event description, compatibility reading, relationship interpretation, career interpretation, life forecast, or chart analysis is speculative.
  • AI-generated readings may be wrong, incomplete, confusing, inconsistent, or not relevant to your real-life situation.
  • Astropply should not be relied upon to make important personal, medical, legal, financial, relationship, family, fertility, career, business, relocation, or safety decisions.
  • Your use of Astropply and any reliance on its content is entirely at your own risk.

By using Astropply, you acknowledge that the Services are intended to provide an engaging astrology experience, not verified life guidance.

3. No Professional Advice

Astropply does not provide professional advice.

Nothing in the Services should be understood as:

  • Medical advice
  • Mental health advice
  • Psychological advice
  • Therapy or counselling
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Fertility advice
  • Pregnancy advice
  • Safety advice
  • Crisis support
  • Emergency assistance
  • Professional relationship counselling
  • Professional career counselling

You should not ignore, delay, or avoid seeking professional advice because of something you read or receive through Astropply.

If you are dealing with a medical emergency, mental health crisis, risk of self-harm, risk of harm to others, abuse, violence, financial crisis, legal problem, or any urgent situation, you should contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Astropply is not responsible for any action or inaction you take based on content generated by the Services.

4. AI-Generated Content

Astropply uses artificial intelligence, automation, astrology logic, transcription tools, third-party technology, and related systems to generate readings and responses.

You understand that AI-generated content may:

  • Contain errors
  • Misread or misunderstand your question
  • Misinterpret your birth chart
  • Misinterpret a video link
  • Misclassify a video as Western, Vedic, predictive, educational, or unsupported
  • Provide incorrect astrology reasoning
  • Provide incorrect house, sign, planet, transit, dasha, aspect, degree, or timing information
  • Produce incomplete responses
  • Produce formatting issues
  • Repeat itself
  • Omit important details
  • Generate content that appears confident but is inaccurate
  • Give different answers to similar questions
  • Fail to process a video correctly
  • Be affected by poor transcription quality
  • Be affected by missing, incorrect, or incomplete birth data

We do not warrant or guarantee that any AI-generated reading, interpretation, prediction, explanation, summary, follow-up response, or analysis will be accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and deciding whether, and how, to use it.

5. Eligibility

You may only use Astropply if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

If we discover or reasonably believe that you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You are not under 18 years old.
  • All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will keep your account information accurate and updated.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • You will not use automated or non-human means to access the Services, including bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining tools.
  • You will not attempt to bypass paywalls, credit limits, subscription limits, free trial limits, or technical restrictions.
  • You will not submit another person’s private information without permission.
  • You will not use the Services to harm, harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, or mislead another person.
  • Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If any information you provide is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services.

7. Account Registration and Security

You are required to create an account to access certain features of Astropply.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details confidential
  • Not share your account with another person
  • Not sell, transfer, or assign your account
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your account secure.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it has been compromised, misused, shared, sold, or used in violation of these Terms.

8. Birth Data and Astrology Information

Astropply may ask you to provide birth data, including your date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and related chart details.

You understand that astrology interpretations depend heavily on the information you provide.

If your birth data is wrong, incomplete, estimated, or missing, Astropply’s readings may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your birth date is accurate
  • Your birth time is accurate, if required
  • Your birth location is accurate
  • Any chart details you manually provide are correct
  • Any information submitted about another person is submitted with appropriate permission

Astropply does not guarantee that chart calculations, house systems, astrology placements, dasha calculations, transits, progressions, timing methods, or interpretations will always be correct.

9. User Content, Prompts, and Submitted Links

The Services allow you to submit, send, enter, or provide content, including:

  • Questions
  • Prompts
  • Birth data
  • Birth chart details
  • Video links
  • Written comments
  • Follow-up questions
  • Feedback
  • Support messages
  • Other information you provide through the Services

This is referred to as “User Content.”

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You agree that your User Content must not:

  • Be illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harassing
  • Violate another person’s privacy
  • Include another person’s birth data or personal information without permission
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Contain malware, viruses, tracking tools, or harmful code
  • Contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
  • Encourage self-harm, harm to others, violence, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct
  • Contain sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, override, or abuse the AI system
  • Attempt to obtain confidential, private, or restricted system information
  • Attempt to generate prohibited, unsafe, or unlawful content

We may refuse to process, remove, restrict, or delete User Content at our discretion.

Astropply allows you to paste links from third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, or other supported websites.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Astropply is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by TikTok, YouTube, Apple, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform.
  • We do not control third-party platforms.
  • We do not control the availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party videos.
  • A video may be removed, blocked, private, restricted, unavailable, region-limited, age-restricted, or technically inaccessible.
  • A video may not be transcribed correctly.
  • A video may not be interpreted correctly.
  • A video may contain claims, methods, or advice that Astropply cannot verify.
  • Astropply may refuse to process a video link for legal, copyright, technical, safety, quality, length, or policy reasons.
  • Videos over 30 minutes are not accepted.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission and use of third-party links complies with the terms and policies of the relevant third-party platform.

We are not responsible for any third-party content or for any dispute between you and a third-party platform.

11. Purchases and Payment

Astropply offers paid subscriptions, credits, free trials, add-on credit packs, premium features, or other paid products.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.

You agree to promptly update your payment and account information so that we, the App Store, or our payment provider can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Prices may be shown in AUD, USD, or another currency depending on your location, Apple App Store settings, tax rules, and payment provider.

Current Astropply pricing includes:

Weekly Plan

USD $9.99 per week
Includes 25 credits per week

Monthly Plan

USD $19.99 per month
Includes 70 credits per month

Add-On Credit Pack

USD $14.99 for 50 credits
Available only to users with an active Monthly Plan, where offered

Prices shown inside the app at checkout control the final amount charged.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices shown at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion fees, App Store fees, or payment processing charges.

We may change prices at any time, subject to applicable law and Apple App Store rules.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Refuse or cancel purchases
  • Limit quantities or purchase frequency
  • Restrict purchases that appear fraudulent or abusive
  • Suspend access if payment fails
  • Change paid features or plan structures
  • Use third-party payment processors
  • Use Apple, RevenueCat, or other billing providers

If your payment fails, your access to paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated.

12. Subscriptions

Astropply offers paid subscription plans.

Current plans include:

Weekly Plan

The Weekly Plan costs USD $9.99 per week and includes 25 credits per week.

Monthly Plan

The Monthly Plan costs USD $19.99 per month and includes 70 credits per month.

Subscription features, prices, credit amounts, billing periods, and limits will be shown at checkout or inside the Services.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Apple, the App Store, or any applicable billing provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Your subscription may include:

  • A set number of credits
  • Access to video readings
  • Access to follow-up questions after a video reading
  • Premium astrology interpretations
  • Higher usage limits
  • Additional features
  • Other benefits shown at checkout

We may modify subscription features, pricing, or plan availability from time to time, subject to applicable law and Apple App Store requirements.

13. Free Trials

Astropply may offer a 3-day free trial to eligible new users.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • The free trial is available only once per user.
  • You may need to enter payment details to start the trial.
  • Your subscription may automatically begin when the trial ends.
  • You must cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
  • Trial length, trial credits, pricing, and plan details will be shown before you confirm the trial.

Trial credits are only available during the 3-day free trial period.

Trial credits must match the subscription plan selected by the user.

Users do not receive both Weekly and Monthly trial credits.

Weekly Trial

If you choose the Weekly Plan, your 3-day free trial includes 15 trial credits.

If the Weekly trial converts to a paid subscription, you receive the standard 25 credits per week.

Monthly Trial

If you choose the Monthly Plan, your 3-day free trial includes 30 trial credits.

If the Monthly trial converts to a paid subscription, you receive the first-month Monthly launch bonus of 140 credits for your first paid Monthly billing period, where eligible.

After the first Monthly billing period, the Monthly Plan renews with the standard 70 credits per month.

Trial credits do not roll over after the free trial ends.

Trial credits expire if you cancel before the trial ends.

Trial credits are separate from paid subscription credits.

The Monthly launch bonus only applies after a user converts to the paid Monthly Plan.

We may change, withdraw, limit, or refuse free trials at any time.

We may determine eligibility for free trials at our discretion.

Abuse of free trials, including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials, may result in account suspension or termination.

14. Credits and Usage Limits

Astropply uses a credit system for video link analysis, personalised astrology readings, follow-up questions, premium responses, or other features.

Credits are used when a user analyses a video or uses selected app features.

Credit rules may vary depending on your plan.

Unless stated otherwise in the app or at checkout:

  • Credits have no cash value.
  • Credits are not legal tender.
  • Credits cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash.
  • Credits may only be used inside Astropply.
  • Credits may expire or become unavailable according to these Terms.
  • Credits may be deducted when a request begins processing.
  • Credits may be deducted even if the final result is not what you expected.
  • Credits may be deducted if a video is processed but the response is incomplete, subject to our discretion.
  • We may restore credits if a clear technical error occurs, but we are not required to do so unless required by law.
  • We may change credit costs for features at any time.
  • We may limit how many credits can be used in a certain period.

15. Video Credit Usage

Credit usage for video analysis is based on the length of the video.

Current video credit usage is:

  • Videos up to 2 minutes: 1 credit
  • Videos over 2 minutes and up to 5 minutes: 3 credits
  • Videos over 5 minutes and up to 15 minutes: 8 credits
  • Videos over 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes: 15 credits
  • Videos over 30 minutes: not accepted

Astropply may refuse to process videos over 30 minutes.

Astropply may also refuse to process a video for technical, legal, copyright, safety, quality, platform, or policy reasons.

16. Weekly Plan Credits

Users on the Weekly Plan receive 25 credits per week.

Unused Weekly Plan credits roll over for one additional weekly billing period only while the user remains subscribed.

For example, if a Weekly Plan subscriber has 8 unused credits at the end of the week, those 8 credits may roll over into the next weekly billing period. The user would then receive 25 new weekly credits, giving them 33 credits available.

The 8 rollover credits must be used during the next weekly billing period. After that, they expire.

17. Monthly Plan Credits

Users on the Monthly Plan receive 70 credits per month.

Unused Monthly Plan credits roll over for one additional monthly billing period only while the user remains subscribed.

For example, if a Monthly Plan subscriber has 20 unused credits at the end of the month, those 20 credits may roll over into the next monthly billing period. The user would then receive 70 new monthly credits, giving them 90 credits available.

The 20 rollover credits must be used during the next monthly billing period. After that, they expire.

18. Monthly Launch Bonus

Astropply may offer a Monthly launch bonus for first-time Monthly subscribers.

The Monthly launch bonus applies only to users who sign up for the Monthly Plan.

Weekly Plan users do not receive the Monthly launch bonus.

Where available, the Monthly launch bonus gives eligible Monthly Plan users 140 credits for their first paid Monthly billing period only.

This gives eligible new Monthly Plan users double credits for their first paid month.

After the first Monthly billing period, the Monthly Plan renews with the standard 70 credits per month.

The Monthly launch bonus:

  • Applies only to the user’s first Monthly subscription period.
  • Does not repeat every month.
  • Does not apply to Weekly subscriptions.
  • Does not apply again if the user cancels and resubscribes later, unless Astropply chooses to run another promotion.
  • Only applies after the user converts to the paid Monthly Plan.
  • May be changed, withdrawn, or limited at Astropply’s discretion, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.

19. Add-On Credits

Astropply may allow users on an active Monthly Plan to purchase add-on credit packs.

The current add-on credit pack is USD $14.99 for 50 credits, where offered.

Add-on credits are only available to users with an active Monthly Plan.

Weekly Plan users cannot purchase add-on credit packs.

Add-on credits are subject to the rules shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise in the app or required by law, add-on credits:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Are not legal tender.
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash.
  • Are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
  • May only be used inside Astropply.
  • May only be purchased while you have an active Monthly Plan.
  • May only be used while you have an active Monthly Plan.
  • Are not available for use with the Weekly Plan.
  • May be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time.

Add-on credits do not disappear at the next billing reset.

If your Monthly subscription expires, unused add-on credits may remain visible in your account, but they will be locked and unavailable for use.

Add-on credits become usable again only if you reactivate the Monthly Plan.

Add-on credits do not unlock with the Weekly Plan.

Add-on credits do not give you ongoing access to Astropply after your Monthly subscription ends.

20. Credit Expiry and Availability

Plan credits may expire or become unavailable if:

  • Your subscription is cancelled.
  • Your subscription expires.
  • Your payment fails.
  • Your account is suspended.
  • Your account is terminated.
  • The rollover period ends.
  • You change plans and the new plan has different credit rules.
  • We discontinue or change the credit system, subject to applicable law.

Trial credits expire at the end of the free trial period and do not roll over.

Rollover credits expire after one additional billing period if they are not used.

Add-on credits are treated differently from plan credits. Add-on credits do not disappear at the next billing reset, but they may be locked if the Monthly Plan is no longer active.

21. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account subscription settings.

Because Astropply is currently available on iOS, subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be cancelled through Apple.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your Astropply account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription.

Your cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or Apple’s policy.

You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

When you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access paid subscription features until the end of your current billing period, unless Apple, the App Store, or applicable law provides otherwise.

At the end of the billing period, your subscription access will end.

Unused plan credits and rollover credits may expire or become unavailable according to the applicable plan, billing cycle, and rollover rules.

If your Monthly Plan ends, unused add-on credits may remain visible in your account but will be locked and unavailable for use.

Add-on credits become usable again only if you reactivate the Monthly Plan.

Add-on credits do not unlock with the Weekly Plan.

22. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription payments
  • Renewal payments
  • Credit purchases
  • Add-on credit packs
  • One-time purchases
  • Unused credits
  • Locked add-on credits
  • Partially used billing periods
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with a reading
  • Disagreement with an interpretation
  • AI-generated errors, unless required by law
  • Unused app access

If you purchased through Apple, refund requests must be made through Apple.

We do not control Apple refund decisions.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

23. Intellectual Property Rights

Astropply and its Services are owned by us or licensed to us.

This includes:

  • App design
  • Website design
  • Software
  • Source code
  • Databases
  • User interface
  • User experience flows
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Names
  • Trademarks
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Features
  • Prompts
  • AI workflows
  • Astrology response structures
  • Subscription systems
  • Credit systems
  • Content
  • Documentation
  • Marketing materials
  • Service architecture

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, unfair competition, and other laws.

You are granted only a limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

24. Licence to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy the Services
  • Modify the Services
  • Sell the Services
  • Rent or lease the Services
  • Reverse engineer the Services
  • Create derivative works from the Services
  • Use the Services for commercial astrology readings without permission
  • Use the Services to build a competing app or service
  • Extract or scrape data from the Services
  • Reproduce Astropply’s prompts, systems, outputs, workflows, or product structure for commercial use

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

25. Your Content and Licence to Us

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content to Astropply, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, analyse, modify, and create technical derivatives of your User Content as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services
  • Generate readings and responses
  • Process video links
  • Create and store your chart
  • Respond to follow-up questions
  • Provide support
  • Improve app functionality
  • Monitor and fix bugs
  • Improve AI output quality
  • Maintain safety and security
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Comply with legal obligations

This licence does not mean we own your personal information.

Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant us this licence.

26. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, feature requests, improvements, or recommendations, you agree that we may use them for any lawful purpose without compensation, acknowledgement, or restriction.

This includes using feedback to improve Astropply, develop new features, fix bugs, change pricing, change design, improve AI responses, or create marketing materials.

27. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the purpose for which we make them available.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Services to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, or defame another person.
  • Submit another person’s private information without permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, credits, referrals, or promotions.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, paywalls, credits, usage limits, or technical restrictions.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, scripts, or automated tools.
  • Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code.
  • Copy or adapt the Services’ software, design, prompts, responses, logic, or workflows.
  • Use Astropply to create, train, improve, or operate a competing product.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spyware, tracking tools, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, servers, or databases.
  • Use the Services to generate unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
  • Use the Services for medical, legal, financial, safety, crisis, or emergency decision-making.
  • Resell, licence, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services.

  • Use Astropply in a way that damages our reputation, systems, users, providers, or business.
  • Harass or abuse our team, contractors, support staff, or service providers.
  • Make chargebacks, refund claims, or payment disputes fraudulently or abusively.
  • Use the Services in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to manipulate AI safety systems, prompts, or restrictions.
  • Submit excessive requests designed to overload or degrade the Services.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, loss of credits, refusal of refunds, or legal action.

28. Mobile Application Licence

If you access Astropply through the mobile app, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, solely for your personal use and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the app.
  • Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Make the app available over a network for use by multiple users.
  • Use the app to develop a competing product.
  • Use the app to send automated queries.
  • Use the app in violation of any applicable law.
  • Interfere with the app’s normal operation.

29. Apple App Store Terms

Because Astropply is currently available on iOS, the following additional terms apply:

  • Your licence to use the app is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable terms.
  • Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Astropply.
  • Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses relating to Astropply, except where required by Apple’s own policies or applicable law.
  • If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may handle any refund according to its own terms and policies.
  • You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the app.
  • Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where required by Apple’s applicable rules.
  • For subscriptions purchased through Apple, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be controlled by Apple.

30. Service Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms
  • Investigate suspected misuse
  • Refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access
  • Remove or restrict User Content
  • Limit usage
  • Limit video processing
  • Limit account creation
  • Limit free trials
  • Block certain users, devices, IP addresses, accounts, or regions
  • Report unlawful conduct to authorities
  • Protect our rights, property, systems, providers, and users
  • Manage the Services in a way designed to protect functionality, safety, and business operations

We may take these actions without prior notice where we believe it is reasonably necessary.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you may not create a new account without our permission.

38. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, where we are allowed to limit our liability, our liability will be limited to one or more of the following, at our choice:

  • Supplying the Services again
  • Paying the cost of having the Services supplied again
  • Correcting the relevant issue
  • Providing another remedy required by applicable law

Any “no refund” or limitation language in these Terms is subject to rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astropply and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Emotional distress
  • Relationship decisions
  • Career decisions
  • Financial decisions
  • Family decisions
  • Fertility or pregnancy-related decisions
  • Spiritual decisions
  • Business decisions
  • Reliance on predictions
  • Reliance on AI-generated content
  • Incorrect chart interpretations
  • Incorrect video interpretations

  • Failed readings
  • Delayed readings
  • Lost or expired credits
  • Locked add-on credits
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Unauthorised access to your account
  • Any action or inaction taken because of Astropply content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to Astropply in the six months before the claim arose; or
  • AUD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. If those laws apply to you, some limitations may not apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

41. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astropply, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your submitted video links.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your misuse of another person’s birth data or personal information.
  • Your reliance on Astropply content.
  • Your misuse of subscriptions, credits, free trials, payments, or refunds.
  • Your harmful conduct toward another user, third party, or Astropply team member.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

42. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, sending us emails, creating an account, submitting forms, or receiving notices inside the app, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If another jurisdiction’s consumer protection laws apply and cannot be excluded, those laws may also apply to the extent required.

Before starting formal legal action, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top.

We may notify you of significant changes by email, app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

46. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you at checkout or inside the app, form the entire agreement between you and Astropply.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, change of ownership, or by operation of law.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship created between you and Astropply as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
